b. When the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the service user is a party (Article 6(l)(b) RODO), in case the service enables the conclusion of a contract between the administrator and the service user.

d. The following personal data of the service user may be collected as part of the forms posted on the site or for the purpose of executing contracts that can be concluded on the site: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, login, password.
e. The data contained in the forms, provided to the administrator by the user of the service, may be transferred by the administrator to third parties, cooperating with the administrator in connection with the implementation by the administrator of the purposes specified in point 1 above.

The service user, where the service has such functionalities, by checking the appropriate box in the registration form, may refuse or consent to receive commercial information by means of electronic communication, in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1024, as amended). If a user of the service has consented to receive commercial information by means of electronic communication, he/she has the right to revoke such consent at any time. The right to revoke consent to receive commercial information is exercised by sending an appropriate request by e-mail to the service owner's address, together with the name of the service user.
h. The Administrator reserves the right to send electronic letters to all users of the site with notifications about important changes to the site and changes to this Privacy Policy. f. to prevent crime and prevent the use of our services in an inappropriate manner, in violation of the law and our terms and conditions, to pursue claims and protect against claims, including, but not limited to, debt collection (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA),
g. fulfillment of obligations imposed on us by law, e.g. tax laws, obligations of courts, tax authorities (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
h. to conduct analysis of our business for development and for archiving and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA),

a. Right of access to data and also to receive a copy of the data (Article 15 RODO) - The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether personal data concerning him or her is being processed, and if this is the case, he or she is entitled to obtain access to it.
b. The right to require the Administrator to correct or rectify data (Article 16 of the RODO) - - The data subject has the right to require the Administrator to promptly rectify personal data concerning him/her that is inaccurate.
c. Right to demand erasure from the Administrator (Article 17 of the RODO) - the data subject has the right to demand from the Administrator the immediate erasure of personal data concerning him or her, and the Administrator is obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based, or the data subject raises an objection under Article 21(1) to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
d. Right to restrict processing (Article 18 RODO) - the data subject has the right to request that the Administrator restrict processing in the following cases: if the data is inaccurate - until it is rectified, raising an objection under Article 21(1) to processing - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Administrator override the grounds for the data subject's objection.
e. Right to data portability (Article 20 RODO) - the data subject has the right to send the personal data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller to whom the personal data was provided. The data subject has the right to request that the personal data be sent by the Controller directly to another controller, if technically possible.
f. Right to object (Article 21 RODO) - if personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
In case of violation of the above rights, or if the service user finds that his/her personal data is processed by the Administrator in violation of applicable law, the service user has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or until the execution of the Agreement, and then until the expiration of the statute of limitations for the parties' claims related to its execution.
